Squats barx10
Box Squats 95x3 115x3 135x3 for 6 sets
Speed deadlifts 135x3 185x3 205x3 6 sets
just for fun:
Barbell curls barx10 65x10 85x8 95x6
DB curls 25x10 30x10 35x10 40x8
Highlights: Hit the quads nicely and with out any embarrasing things happening.
Lowlights: Just want the strength back....miss being able to curl 125x8 on barbell, and doing box squats with 225. My speed DL were at 315....now 205 was HEAVY. Kind of saddening for me.
