Warm up barx10 95x8
Box squats 135x3 reps 6 sets
Reg squats 135x8 155x8 185x5 205x5 215x5 225x4(ASPR)
SLDL 135x10 225x8 245x3(ASPR)

Highlights: I let a guy work in with me and decided after a few sets to just do reg squats as well. I could have gone higher in weight than 225, but I was runnng out of time and thought after 12 sets I was good to go LOL

Lowlights: did so many sets of squats my SLDL and other work was cut short......DOMS set in 2 hours after workout.
