Highlights: I let a guy work in with me and decided after a few sets to just do reg squats as well. I could have gone higher in weight than 225, but I was runnng out of time and thought after 12 sets I was good to go LOL
Lowlights: did so many sets of squats my SLDL and other work was cut short......DOMS set in 2 hours after workout.
