Tripples DL - 225x5 255x5 275x3 295x3 315x3ASPR!!!!!
BB Curls 85x10 95x10 105x6 115x4BIG ASPR
DB Curls 30x10 35x10 40x10
Seated Incline DB 30x10 35x10 40x10

Highlights: Wow DL are feeling good again. THe Speed DL were so fast off the floor it was not even funny. I am thinking I will add20lbs to it next week. The Tripples i used to get my body used to pulling real weight and man that last set was wicked hard.

Lowlights: Had a real time limit tonight as the wife made Lasgana YUMMY.
