I'm at the ACSM conference this week. I'm definitely excited about the program but not at all looking forward to sitting all day!  

Found a Gold's Gym and making up for it in the evening.  Last night I spent 4 hours going to failure at everything!  I haven't felt this sore in a long time!  

In other news..

Came in 2nd at my 8 hour adventure race :)

  Swam nine miles over 4 days of the Memorial Day weekend. It was an adventure. Two days weaving in and out of heavy boat traffic was interesting. Then we got the outer bands of a tropical storm. The chop was slapping our faces hard. My wife finally had enough and crawled in the kayak and just enjoyed the ride. Congratulations on beating every team but one. They probably used a motor. Happy adventures kiddo.
