Did it anyways!

Well,
I have been diong my workouts and eating right and have lost 4 lbs. I have not been keeping up my journal. I have been busy with family stuff and doctor appointments.
Today i am depressed and my sister called to cancel going to the gym. I bummed around for 1/2 an hour, then i got in the car and went. I had a really great workout, did legs and chest. Then I did the elliptical for 30 minutes.
I am suprised at how great I felt doing cardio. I have a new doctor and he is managing my asthma instead of just reacting to emergency situations like the old doctor did. I think I can already tell the difference from the new meds. I like it.
Another good thing is that even though I feel like not doing a thing, I have eaten relatively well. I haven't binged, and that is a big accomplishment for me when I am down.
I better get my self out of this funk, it is no good.
