Did some chest and shoulders...

As promised, I'm giving my lower half a break. We're all doing our own thing or nothing this week before we start the next NROL workout. I started with a general 7 minute bike warm-up followed by two sets of push-ups.

Bench press: 5 sets; 8x65,8x70,6x75,5x85
Incline DB press: 3 sets, 30x8,30x5,30x6

Okay, I didn't really write anything down since I didn't have a set plan. I did shoulders: barbell presses and push presses, lateral raises, front raises, delt flys until my shoulders were done. Then, I was done.

Got a compliment from a regular who works as a high school conditioning coach. Said he's seen me transform in the last 5 months or so and even my posture has improved. That was nice.
