Didn't feel too energetic today

Did shoulders, but as the title says, had reservations. But as usual, went in and pushed myself, and all in all turned out ok.

Shoulders...

Standing olympic bar military presses...10x95,8x105,6x115
Seated machine presses (facing seat)...10x95,7x115,4x125
(really strugling today, just not with it, but pushed on)
Seated machine presses close grip...6x115,10x120,4x140,3x145
Seated neutral shoulder presses...5x50,5x50
Side cable laterals...12x40,12x60,9x70
Seated front d.b. raises (nuetral hold)....10x35,10x35
Seated rear laterals...12x40,15x45,14x50

Traps

Seated dumbbell shrugs...20x85, 15x95 supersetted with behind the back cable shrugs....20x165, 20x165
