Dinner

I can't seem to stop myself from eating a big dinner so starting from last night i have decided to go for my run 2 to 3 hours after i eat it!! I have no idea whether this will help compensate for it but logic tells me it might, so....if i am wrong don't be afraid to tell me you an idiot what the hell are you doing?!!!

    I split my workouts and do half of it after my big dinner meal. I'm like you, I'm not sure it helps but it seems like it should. I have a shot of cottage cheese late night because it's slow release protein. I think protein is a major factor in recovery.
