Doing strictly body weight exercises for a while

Today I'm starting a new routine (and using my journal again) using body weight only. I'm satisfied with my current weight and body, so it's time for maintenance and some basic fat trimming.

Yesterday I worked on push-ups and sit-ups (supersets).

Set 1:
Max push-ups 35
Situp Hold 30 seconds
Set 2:
Max push-ups 28
Slow Crunches 25
Set 3:
Max push-ups 19
Legs in three
positions 3x12 = 36
Set 4:
Max push-ups 12
Cross Leg
crunches 2x12 = 24
