Highlights: I actually got 225x10!!!! Not to bad for 2 months off and questionable knees. No pain at all except for the box squats...adjusted my stance to less width and toes a bit more forward and it was gone.

Lowlights: After 2 months off I knew the DOMS was going to be bad....................it is!
