The weight shown is the weight of each bell. So, 35lbs is
Thoughts: I should do the Reverse Lunges alternating instead of one at a time. The first set was one at a time, but I think alternating is tougher.
I may take next week off as it's a bit bizarre for work and such. We'll see what I can squeeze in there.
