I haven't written in a few days, been super busy, not enough time to spend 5 minutes writing. Lifting is going good. I've been on the NO2 for 5 days now, not really feeling anything but appears that I am lifting more. Yesterday did lat pull downs w/ 90 lbs, more than I've ever done, 2 sets of 8.

Smith Machine Incline Pull up:
5 sets
One arm cable row
30/8, 40/5, 40/5, 40/5, 40/5
Circut of abs, 3 sets of 6 exercises.
