Down 5 lbs!!

I haven't written in a few days, been super busy, not enough time to spend 5 minutes writing. Lifting is going good. I've been on the NO2 for 5 days now, not really feeling anything but appears that I am lifting more. Yesterday did lat pull downs w/ 90 lbs, more than I've ever done, 2 sets of 8.
Yesterday:

AM 36 minutes of HIIT

Lat Pulldowns:
70/10, 80/8, 80/8, 90/8, 90/8

Single Arm DB Row
20/8, 25/8, 25/8, 30/5 drop set 25/3, 30/5 drop set 25/3

Smith Machine Incline Pull up:
5 sets

One arm cable row
30/8, 40/5, 40/5, 40/5, 40/5

Circut of abs, 3 sets of 6 exercises.

    1/20/04 another awesome quad workout!! Squats: 95 (total)/12, 125 (total)/10, same for additional 3 sets Leg Press: Feet Close: 45 lbs each side/10, then bumped up to 70 lbs each side for a set, then 75 each side for additional 2 more sets/8 - 10 reps Feet high shoulder width: 4 sets, 75 each side, 8 - 10 reps each set Feet wide, toes out: 50 lbs each side, 4 total sets, 8 - 12 reps each set Leg Extension: 80 lbs/10 slow, 80/10 slow, 100 lbs/5 slow and drop set of 70 lbs another 7 tempo 10 minutes cardio cool down! FEEL AWESOME!!
