Down another 1/2 lb!!
Got up and did my 30 minutes of elliptical, feel really good. I had to adjust my snacks today. I go to the gym at 5:30, home by 6:15, get ready for work, 7:00 AM have breakfast, 9:00 AM STARVING.. so I just had my highest calorie snack for the day, hopefully that gets me to lunch time.
Doing back and more cardio at lunch... I say again, if I haven't lost a total of 10 lbs by next Friday I will be shocked.. and that is eating 1600 - 1700 calories a day.. amazing what you can do when your eating right and getting rid of junk.. funny thing last night though, making pasta for husband and daughter and w/o realizing it "tested" a noodle to be sure it was done and realized that I CAN'T eat pasta!!
