Dusting off the old "Guns"
I apologise first for the "Guns" reference, I like quwerky titles. But i'm in no way a v-neck wearing ego warrior. My arms are like pins.
First day back in the gym yesterday, the stormy weather after work inspired me to stay inside in a warm gym, as opposed to the sunny weather which often beckons me outside and onto my bike.

After joining and strolling in as If i'de never left, I noticed my previous gym instructor, from another gym I attended succesfully about 4/5 years ago, was manning the place.
This is good and bad, he used to be great because he is REALLY strict about form and clean reps, so he was on my case the whole afternoon getting me back into lifting shape. But the bad side is, seeming as I'm no longer paying him to keep an eye on me, I'de rather (at times) he didnt.

Workout: 12 Week Workout Programme & custom gym workout made on Freetrainers.
I completed the work out with slight ease, It felt good, I was a little messy with my form but not too bad for the first day back in years.
The first stage of the 12 week workout programme I took from this site was a little pathetic, I'm glad I merged it with another, more intensive workout as I finished the "12 WWP" in what felt like minutes, not really sure if anyone using that will ever see any gains.
Final note:
If your wondering, yes the Promax shake went down nicely with a curry afterwards.
