Easy workout today

Did abs, biceps and 30 minutes of cardio. Easy compared to yesterday. Food choices today were horrendous, couldn't even force myself to get the food down, so calorie count for the day is probably going to be pretty low. Try mixing cottage cheese w/ cookies and creme protein powder.... or oatmeal w/ cookies and cremem protein powder YUCK
