I've done much better recently on eating healthier and closer to the carbs and proteins my body needs. So I'm excited about that. The protein shakes are definitely helping, too. I need to go search the message boards for some good recipes because it is getting a bit old with the same old thing, though.
I also need to do some more core strengthening stuff because my back hurt quite a bit (and it is still a little sore) from yesterday's workout on legs.
Finally, I don't know what, if anything, it means, but it seems like I am sweating lots more during my cardio workouts now. Seems like I hardly sweat at all when I first started (probably because I had to keep a target heart rate and since I was so out of shape, that meant I had to basically walk. So, I guess it is paying off now because I can go lots faster than better, and I have to work harder to get my heart rate up to the suggested level. Makes me feel like it is actually working!
