Energy up again

woke up feeling like I have gotten enough sleep, I like that!
Went to the gym and did legs, nice short routine today:
2 sets, 15 reps smith lunges at bar+90lbs
2 sets, 15 reps stifflegged deadlifts at 115lbs
2 sets seated hamstring curls, 15 reps at 70lbs
seated calf raises 2 sets of 12 w/115lbs
and 2 sets of 10 w/120lbs
rode the bike for 15 minutes and then joined in on a cardio combo calss with core boards, med balls, bands, some yoga. More fun than just riding the bike.
Felt really good on the way home ( still do) can feel my muscles getting pumped again and already feel leaner (how mental is that?).
Doing all that I can to stay dedicated to my dreams this time. Really counting every calorie and every carb, upped my water again (cause I had been slackin).
Ran into a guy who has done a couple of bodybuilding shows (at the gym)(I mean I ran into him there, not that he did the shows at the gym), anyhow, it was good and motivating . I think that has been why I have failed more recently to stick to my plans and gear up for a show. The last time I had a training partner and worked at the gym and had people all around me who were eating clean and lifting hard. Now that I have my own studio I don't have all of that external motivation. I need to work on my internal motivation, I guess.
I do feel bigger, though, and that is nice.
And tiomorrow is chest day, my favorite!!
