I tried to do my routine this mornig. The body wasn't right. I have arthritis in my knees, lower back and a shoulder with an A-C joint issue cause by the ravages of age, 57. My routine is mainly upper body due to lower back limitations (it is bad if I lift a heavy free weight of the rack, ouch). I believe most folks like this would make excuse after excuse not to exercise.
I refuse! I want to look great. My wife will like that my goal is to increase my longevity. My frustrations have turned into motivation so I took action to find answers so I can have success.
I have been on my journey for a while now. I want to ramp it up. My goal is to get to between 12% and 15% body fat and built. Why not?
My faith has been my motivation. I am a Christian who believes that as it says in the scriptures that the body is a temple for the Lord. All strength comes from God; weakness is of the flesh. I choose to be strong in mind, body and spirit. Therefore I work to get as strong as I can and I will succeed!
