Expect Change - Expect Results

9 weeks after I've started trying to get something done with my physical well being and the results are not as well as I would've hoped. 276 lbs (loss of 14 total pounds). My morning work-out has become routine now (second nature). Only lost 1 1/2 inches from my waist. Have'nt been as "sleepy" in the afternoons after work. I went from JUST doing the full-body muscle work-out 4 days a wekk to doing 3 days of cardio and 3 days of muscle work-out. I have to admit it's gotten better (inch by inch) but there is room for MUCH improvement. I'm going to just finish out current routine for the rest of week 10 all the while compiling a new (refined) routine for the next stage to include nutritional changes.
