Expect change: Week 1 Summary

Day 7, rest day. the end of the first week back to working out. I have learned that i let myself go too far from where i used to be. i used to average 65-70 push-ups in 2 minutes when i was in the Army. Now i struggle to hit 10 on my knees. But hey, i knew before hand I had issues to work out. Last weeks weigh-in was 290 (REAL wake-up call), this week, 287lbs. I know its too early to truely measure weight loss, but hey, gotta make a record. Here's to tommorow and the start of week 2.
