11 June: Feeling great! good night sleep. Over the sickness. Get up and stretch and.......RAIN! Oh well. Plants need water too. Did 20 minutes aerobics for cardio and three sets of crunches. Hope the rain clears up by days end. May eventually have to invest in an oliptical or treadmill.

    Got a 35 minute walk in....no rain..YES! Feeling good. One day at a time.

    No rain. YAY! Couldnt resist taking a 15 minute walk before my muscle workout. Feeling great and looking forward to a great day.
