18 June, 278lbs. Yeah, its becoming more and more evident that i NEED to start looking for some asstsance in the form of a fat burner to help. Oh well, not feeling too bad. In 6 weeks, Ive lost 12 pounds.
Cardio day. 30 minute walk, and added 3 sets of crunches. Gonna try to get another 20-30 min walk either during lunch break or when i get home from work.
Not much sleep last night so limited work out this moning. Whole right side of neck and trapeze muscle sore. Couldnt get it to streatch out. Lower body muscle sts and upper bodt streatch
