Feeling good this morn. Got in 35 min walk, (actually jogged @ 3 minutes of it) Start to another great week. Forgot to weigh myself before eating. i'll just appreciate next weeks total better then.
Woke up late yesterday from dealing with the youngest son waking me up all night. Got in a minimum muscle routine and got in some walking at work. This morning got in only 20 min walk (lots too do before work). Make it up through work day and after. Looking forward to weekend.
Feeling ,,,,ok. Trying to go without coffee today to test myself. Muscle workout went good. The extra reps are starting to NOT effect me as bad, so time to add the extra SET. Feeling Good, Feeling Good.
