Fat Loss IA - workout 5!

This is the last week for this workout...then starts the scary Fat Loss II. The rests are down to 45 secs. and I did a pretty good job sticking to that although did occasionally miss by a bit. For the most part, I kept it going.

Squats: 10x125,10x125,10x125 superset with
Cable Rows: 3 sets, 10x90,10x100,10x100

Hip Extensions on swiss ball: 3 sets, 10 superset with
Dumbbell push press: 3 sets, 10x25,10x25,10x25

Last superset of the day:
Rotational lunges: 3 sets 10 w/20 lb. dumbbells
Superset with
Ball crunches: 3x10 w/10 lb. med ball

It is getting easy, so I'll be ready for something new next week. I really like changing my workout frequently...I get bored so quickly. I'm happy with the squats--125 is my heaviest weight so far and the last time I tried I think I was pushing it. This time it was just right...I got them done with just the right amount of effort and I don't feel like I could have gone heavier. Also, my back seems to be getting stronger all the time. My bf bought a pull-up bar for the doorway last night so I'll be able to work on my pullups regularly. The bar is pretty cool--it is the type that comes out into the hallway and has the bar plus two sets of handles so you can use three different grips and three widths.

Will she or won't she go back for cardio tonight? I'm not ready to commit. If I get out of work right at 5:00 I think I will. I just don't want to eat up too much of my evening at the gym and I need my sleep.

Diet is good...not losing weight but not sure if I need to. I am getting stronger and my body composition is gradually changing for the better. As long as bf% is decreasing, I'm good. TTFN!
