Fat Loss IB-4--Moving right along...

This workout is going quickly...only one more week of this before we move on to the dreaded Fat Loss II (I tried some T pushups last night--not too bad, but once I have to add dumbbells that will be a whole different story). But just in time. This workout actually felt easy today, even with the short rests. In fact, the Bulgarian split squats were almost effortless. I just whipped through the deadlifts. I'll have to add weight to just about everything next week (except Romanian dl's--I'm still getting that pinch/burn in my traps).

Deadlifts 3 sets, 12x115 ea.(silly me, just realized I did more weight last time...no wonder they felt easy!) superset with
Incline Chest Press, 3 sets, 12x30,12x30,8x30 (okay, so not THAT easy)

Bulgarian split squats: 3 sets, 12x20's ea. superset with
Mixed grip lat pulldowns: 3 sets, 12x100,12x100,10x100

RDL's: 3 sets, 12x95 ea. superset with
Swiss Ball Lateral Rolls: 3 sets, didn't count reps but probably 10 on each side. It is too slow and boring to count reps on these. But I am getting much better at doing them and actually feel like they may be having some effect. I only went past the point of no return and landed on the floor once.

Plan to return tonight for cardio. Tomorrow I take my CPT test...really can't wait to get that over with.
