Fat Loss IIA - Day 1

On paper, this didn't look too bad, and in reality it wasn't as bad as I'd feared. I'm betting tomorrow is going to be the killer.
It looked like this:
Front Squat: 15x65,15x75,15x75
Superset (60s rests) w/
Wide-grip cable seated row: 15x90,15x90,10x90 plus 5x80 (these are new to me--a little more challenging)
Supine Hip Extension with leg curl (these are cool)
3 sets x 15 ea. superset with
Barbell push press:
15x50,15x50,10x50 plus 5x50 (I thought I was in someone's way so I dropped the bar and had to restart)
Dynamic lunge: 15x40,15x50,15x50
superset with
Upper-body Russian twist: 3 sets, 15 ea. (Okay, these were fun! A couple of the girls had trouble getting the idea, but got it eventually.)
Pretty much whipped through this one and felt great afterward. Got some decent stretching of hamstrings and quads before I hit the shower. I am becoming concerned with my knees. They hurt only when I'm deep squatting and seem to be getting worse rather than better. Just sore, not like swollen or excruciatingly painful in any way, but bothersome enough to make me concerned. I thought maybe tight quads or hamstrings could be contributing, but all the stretching I've been doing that doesn't make sense.
