Fat Loss IIA, Workout 4

Okay, first of all last night I was re-reading NROL partly for the entertainment value because I enjoy Schuler's sense of humor. While I was reading I realized that I screwed up the first half of Fat Loss II workouts. I created a workout log for FLII using my FLI log as a template, just changing pertinent information. Well, I forgot to change the reps, so I've been doing the same reps for FLII as I did for FLI. Well, at least I made the discovery before it was over. I really wanted to follow this to a 'T' and I goofed. Oh well.
Front Squat: 10x70,10x80,10x80
Superset w/
Wide-grip cable seated row: 10x100,10x100,10x100
Supine Hip Extension with leg curl
3 sets x 10 ea. superset with
Barbell push press:
10x60,10x60,10x60
Dynamic lunge: 10x60,10x60,10x60
superset with
Upper-body Russian twist: 3 sets, 10 ea.
Taking Wednesday off from all forms of exercise really made a difference. I felt really good and rested today. I had a small quantity of plain yogurt w/mango and protein powder to eat before I went...like about 1/4 cup just so I wasn't working on an empty stomach. Getting dressed at the gym I discovered that I left one of my shoes for work at home, so spent my morning at work walking around with only one shoe. Nobody noticed. My bf was kind enough to bring me my shoe just before lunch. At least now I know I can get away with it in a pinch!
