Fat Loss IIB-4 -- Yea! Two more before we move on to...Fat Loss III...wheee!

The nice thing about this M/T Th/F schedule is that IIB is on Friday and I get the weekend to sleep in and recover.

Snatch Grip Deadlifts: 3 sets 10x115 (since it was only 10 reps I guess, technically I should have upped the weight, but my I'm feeling like I really need to keep my focus on my form. Maybe I will up the weight next week when the reps drop.

Superset those with:
T-pushups: 3 sets, 10x5,10x5,10x5

Bulgarian Split Squats with Dumbbell Presses
3 sets; 10x15
Superset with underhand lat pulldowns, 3 sets, 10x110,10x110,10x110

Romanian Deadlifts with bentover rows
10x60x3

Superset lower body twist--3 sets 10 each side

Since I stayed with the same weights on the DL's, pushups and pulldowns, I made a point of going up on the split squats and RDL/row. I have to rest between legs (does that make you wonder whose legs I'm resting between?) on the split squats, my arms get a little rest...otherwise I probably would have had to drop the weight back down.
