Giant Set 1:
Front Squats: 4 sets, 75x10 ea.
Underhand lat pulldown: 110x10x4
Step ups: 50x10x4
DB Push Press: 25x10x4
Giant Set 2:
Squats: 75x20x2 (kept it light for all those reps)
Wide grip lat pulldown: 80x20x2
Step ups: 30x20x2
DB Press: 20x13 + 15x7 (for both sets ran out of steam with the 20's and finished with the lighter weight)
Okay, I had my pre & during workout drink of protein, water & berries with glutamine and bcaa (emptied 3 capsules), but I didn't have any coffee pre or during wokout. I barely had the energy to get ready for work. Won't do that again. Having my coffee now...hopefully the clouds will be gone soon and I'll be able to remember what I'm supposed to be working on.
