Barbell lunges w/ super of leg extensions: 40/15, 40/15, 40/15... super 80/12, 80/5 drop set 60 5 more, 90 8 drop set 60 4
lying leg curls: 50/15, 55/12, 55/15
Deadlifts w/ super of standing machine calf raises:
65/15, 65/15, 75/12... super 80/20, 80/20, 80/20
30 more minutes elliptical going from level 8 - 11
