Didn't get up in am, way too cold out there, high of 32 brrrr....
Lunch did:
incline bench press 4 sets 15
dumbbell bench 4 sets 20
cable cross 4 sets 35
abs 4 different exercises 2 sets of 15 for each
20 minutes HIIT
Eating very well....
Breakfast: 3/4 cup oatmeal, 1/8 cup raisins, 5 egg whites
lunch: salad with lemon pepper tuna
pm snack: 1/2 pb and no sugar jelly
