Feeling better every day...

I felt good and concentrated more of form holding for 1 - 2 seconds on each rep. I think I am becoming addicted to going to the gym. I start slipping out a little earlier every day.

Warm Up 5 min/7500 meters on rowing machine
Crunches x20
Leg raises x15
Lunges x20
Deep squats no weight x10
Pansy push ups x20
Wide Grip pull downs x20 @ 70lbs
Lat raises x15 @ 10lbs
DB curls x15 @ 15lbs
Tri Cable Pushdowns 17 @ 50lbs
Leg Curls 10 @ 60
Leg Extensions 10 @ 70
Abs Machine 10 @ 100

15 min on lifecycle

15 minutes in the sauna, the best part of the workout. about 90 minutes door to door.
