Feeling great.
This morning did Prog 3 on Bike for 30 minutes 8.9miles. I usually do 10 miles in that time, but focused on biceps and triceps at the beginning with 5 lb weights.
Pushed mowed yard for 1.5 hours last night. Forgot I really do enjoy it and no lawn service does it like I like it! Killed 2 birds with one stone - yeah! Will finish back yard tonight. Yesterday drank 2 shakes and had green beans for dinner. Today had shake for breakfast and salad for lunch. Will have shake for dinner. Increased water intake to 100oz a day.
