Feeling more open and strong

Bums! I was in the mood for some zumba and yoga today so I asked my cousin if she wanted to do it with me. She said definitely after 4 o'clock. I like to get my workouts done as soon as I can, so I waited until 4:30 and messaged her. She dogged me. I'm already too lazy to do any workout by myself but I dragged myself down there as I usually do and did some strength training.

abs
crunches 3x15 holding it for a bit longer than usual. It was a lot more difficult.
twisting crunches 3x15
lying front kicks 3x15. My abs almost exploded.

legs. By the end of this workout I was walking home like I just downed 2 bottles of tequila. Reps of 20, then 16 and 14.
Barbell squats
Calf Raises
Leg curls
Leg extentions

20 minutes of yoga. Tried to do the splits with lots of pillows and blankets underneath my pelvis. That's one of my new goals! To be able to do the splits. They amaze me.
