Feeling pretty good
Today has been a good day so far. Woke up early to a crying, hungry baby who needed a diaper change. Took me a minute to settle her down. As I was ready to start my workout my 4yro decided it was time to get up and ask mommy for everything she could think of.
As I settled back into my workout mode the baby started crying in the other room and my husband was out like a log. So I brought the baby in the other room with me and finally got my workout done although I had to stop for a few minutes to soothe a demanding new born. I noticed my abs were a little sore and I still look swollen, I felt so much lighter than in the past and the workouts were a lot easier to accomplish yay!
I'm feeling so much better now. Just wish I had a little more leg room to work with but will make due with the space I have available, unless of course I want to do my workout in our very spacious kitchen. We will see.
