New routine starts tomorrow, but I started it today as I have a wacky week ahead... things were a little different, but variety is the spice of life...
Front DB Raises 12x10/12x10/10x15/8x15
Standing Lat Raises 12x10/12x10/10x10/6x15
Crunches 15x0/15x25/15x25
Lying Side Leg Raises 15x0/15x0/15x5
Seated Twists 15x35/15x35/15x35
Overall I feel I did okay...
