felt so stupid
So today was a shoulder and core day. first of all i have in comparison small arms. They are not small. the have the reminisce of muscle. But at the gym was a massive body builder. His arms were the size of my freakin thighs. In my gym there is only like a 12' by 8' area for free weights. My free trainer has me utilize that because i like working with those the best. so body builder guy was taking up say 30 percent of the real estate there and i did seated dumbbell presses, and nothing is so dishearting then my small arms next to a damn light post next to me. Never the less i completed my exercise but felt like a child next to a father lol. The worst part, I a helga like female bouncing back and forth between 2 stations taking up like the next 55 percent of the free weight area. So my last exercise the bent over dumbbell laterals. Now in my past working out experiences, i have never done that exercise I kept referencing this website on my phone to make sure my form was correct with my cute little 10 pound weights. I looked to stupid because my stomach was clearly visible when i raised my arms while I'm bent over like a middle aged women looking into a low stroller. My butt was sticking out, i felt retarded. There was a guy in his mid 40's, very well built, talking to this 2 younger maybe early 30's females that were very fit. And i could hear them just laughing so hard, im not saying they were laughing at me and i don't assume that, but the shear coincidence of that made me feel a bit more silly. Not deterred form my goals or keep working out, but it is not exactly the highlight from my day
