workout:
warm-up elliptical, 4 minutes
warm-up exercises:
walking lunge with twist 10 per side
lateral lunge with toe touch 12 per side
ball bridge - 2 10-count holds
russian twist 10 per side
inchworm 3 walkout/walkback
t-push-ups 4 per side
Workout:
deadlifts (db) 10"sX15, 12'sX15
superset 1:
step-ups 5'sX15 per leg, 8'sX15 per leg
db 1 arm shoulder press 12X15, 12X15
superset 2:
closegrip pulldown 50X15, 60X15
reverse crunch 20, 20
stretched pretty well.
Food today: 2nd low-carb day

1 scoop syntrax whey protein in water

1 packet women's health shake
1 tsp olive oil

1c broccoli slaw
1 tbsp lite mayo
5 olives

1 chicken wing
7:30 tbsp peanut butter
before bed I may have a scoop of protein in water.
I also drank a lot of water today (I usually do)
Steps I took towards the positive today:
1) ate clean (except the chicken wing, but still juts protein/fat)
2) worked out
3)Didn't give in to hubby's wanting beer.
