Fiddlin' Around Workout

Here's some ideas I'm going to do for the next few weeks... my summer is all screwy with some time off coming up and I'm not sure what I'll be doing, so I'm tossing something together with some medicine ball thingys for fun. More of a conditioning thing. At the beginning of September I'll be doing a 5x5 routine as life will be more or less returning to normal.
Fiddlin? Around Workout
- The idea here is to do three sets of 15, except for the burpees? I?ll continue with the 100 Day Challenge and adjust as a warm up accordingly. I may throw them in between sets.
- I?m going to keep the rest periods to about 30 seconds
- If there is time, I will follow this up with some cardio, likely HIIT
Warm Up:
Burpees (sets and reps will vary as the 100 Day Challenge continues)
Workout Stuff:
- Farmer Walks or Waiter Walks
- Medicine Ball Squat Throw or Medicine Ball Overhead Squat
- Alternating One Arm Barbell Press
- Medicine Ball Slams
- Medicine Ball Wall Throws
- Medicine Ball Push Ups (two hands on ball)
Core:
- Planking
- Medicine Ball Toss/Catch on Swiss Ball
- Dumbbell Crawls
