Yesterday was the 5th day of full body exercise and I am still highly motivated. I am feeling the burn but it is so worth it. In addition to these exercises I have been doing progressive crunches and push-ups. I started the progressive crunches on June 1st with 20, everyday after I add 5 and today I did 125, I started doing the pushups last Sunday so today I did 45, I have seen progress...everyday I get stronger and yesterday I was able to zip up jeans I hadn't worn in about 3 or 4 years. They are still a bit tight, however just being able to get in them and zip them up without having to hold my breath (you know what I mean) was FABULOUS! Talk to you later!
