Circuit (20kg Bell)
Swings x20
Chins x5
Tuck Jump Burpees x5
Thrusters x5

Times: 2:17/2:58/2:46

Stretch & Roller: 20:00

Thoughts: I'm struggling with the Pistols. I'll get 'em, though.

I think I can add at least one more round to this circuit. I'm actually debating another round or add more movements. I think I'll start with more rounds, trying to keep them to 3:00 then add a movement or two. However, that may mean shortening up the Warm Up and Practice.
