Circuit:
Swings x20
TJ Burpees x5
Chins x5
C&P x5

Times: 3:31/4:03/4:41/4:20

Stretch and Roller: 11:00

Thoughts: A lot of the length in the circuits was me taking my time between movements. I just gotta go from one to the other without thinking about it. Stupid brain.

On the plus side, I added a fourth round.
