Swings x20 (20kg)
TJ Burpees x5
Chins x5
C&P x5 (20kg)

Times: 2:34/3:03/3:339/3:33

Stretch & Roller: 16:00

Thoughts: Pretty good today. I think I'm getting the brain under control and just getting it done. The times seem to be indicitive of that.

Maybe another week of this, then add some weights?
