Finally!!!!! Back into the gym!
Finally I got my butt back into the gym!! It has been a long time coming. I have had alot of things that have changed in my life recently. Most of which is a job that is more consistant. I now work Monday to Friday day shifts and am off by 3:00 P.M. This gives me time to workout and be home around the same time as my family. I used to go to the gym all the time, and now It feels so good to be back at a place where I can zone out of the daily life dramas. Get into the music and geetting healthy each day. Yesterday was my first day, and already I had one of the most peacefull sleeps i have had in months. Just need to focus on getting the right amount of sleep. Today I plan on doing Triceps and legs as well as cardio. I am doing things a little different this time around. Focusing on my cardio and calories burned, than what I can do on the weights. I am just doing warm up on the weights. Turning more to getting my time on the excercise machines and putting on alot of sweat and endurance. Gotta go Work out now :)
