Finally Started... Let's Hope This Sticks
I finally signed up for a plan... I need to get back into shape... badly!!!!!!
I may not have started anything serious but I can't help but think that this time might be different! Fingers crossed, right now I'm sorting out some music to keep me motivated throughout my first day, to make sure I say yes to the exercise and no to the temptations which I have fooled for in the past. But I definitely need to start by drinking more water, I only end up drinking 3 -4 glasses of liquids in total a day, which I can guess is pretty terrible.
Glad I did this, can't wait to get into the start of things tomorrow, if I get up early enough I may even go for a jog :D
