Finding the Holiday Season harder to stick with daily exercises
to be the hardest to keep up with daily exercises. Such a busy time of year! Mind and body being pulled in so many directions to get this and that done. I feel some days exhausted or stressed and feel in no mood to workout. So I've skipped many days so far and that doesn't make me feel good. I'm sure once this rushed December month is over... I can stick to my programs much easier.
