Finding the motivation to go to the gym at 0430 is the hardest part, even for a morning person.

This morning I started with 5 sets of 10 reps, knees to elbows
next I ran 3.25 miles at 8.5 min/mi
then tabata timer for 4 minutes, two sets each of push-ups, sit-ups, squats, and lunges
finally I ran another 3 miles at the same 8.5 min.mi pace
