First Day

Hello everyone, today was the first day that I started exercising. I figured new year time for a better me. My goal is very large at about 60-100 pounds that I am trying to loose. So if I stay at this site and with my exercise calendar I think that I will accomplish my goal. Hope everyone else does that same, I wish everyone good luck with their goals :)
