First Day

Okay, so yesterday I did the first full-body workout routine. I feel pretty good about most of the exercises, but I would like to incorporate more abdominal exercises. I am wondering how long it will be before I start to see some results. I think this will be very helpful in my exercise regiment, since I rarely feel motivated to do anything of the sort. Today is day 2, a Tuesday. I have made my schedule for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdays, with a break Thursday, and then Friday and Saturday, with a break Sunday. I figure that I can start the week busting my butt with the three days in a row and then after my break day, I'll feel motivated again to do the two days together. Let's see how this works! (:
