Hi, this is my first day here I have started a 14 day clean out and have been eating salads for lunch and dinner. I hope I do not get tired of them because I can only eat so much salad. My breakfast is either a protein bar or a bowl of special K choclaty delight. I am trying to find a way to change my eating to lose the weight I want to see go. My problem is I love food and I am addicted to chocolate. I have cut back on all the junk I eat because I am tired of not liking what I see in the mirror.
